What the tools deliver

The website content pack attempts to extract up to 30 public HTML pages within a 42-second processing limit. It includes readable text, page metadata, headings, image and document source links, and extraction notes. It is not a complete website backup, a database export, a website rebuild, or an automatic migration. Files linked from a site are not downloaded. Pages requiring sign-in or JavaScript may not be readable.

Free previews extract one page. Competitor briefs are one-time snapshots of the pages supplied; price mentions are not guaranteed to describe equivalent services. Review themes use keyword matching and are not sentiment analysis. Business-list cleanup does not verify contacts or discover new businesses.

Your source material

Use only websites and research material you own, are authorized to process, or are permitted to use. Respect source website terms and applicable rights. Do not use these tools to bypass access restrictions or process confidential information without authorization. Automated extraction observes robots.txt rules.

Payment and delivery

When checkout is available, the content pack costs US $39 as a one-time payment. Download delivery happens after payment verification. Keep your order URL private and retain it for support. New packs are prepared and privately saved before checkout. The exact number of extracted pages is shown at checkout; it may be fewer than 30. If fewer than two pages are readable, checkout is not offered. Your private order link provides access to the same saved result for 30 days. Download and keep your files during that period. Older orders may regenerate from their original source. Scheduled alerts, live business discovery, and permit feeds are not currently available to purchase.

Refunds

If a paid pack produces no readable pages or a technical failure prevents delivery, contact support within seven days with your Stripe receipt or checkout session identifier to request a full refund. For materially incomplete results, include the relevant source pages so we can investigate and resolve the issue or refund the order. Refunds are handled manually through the payment account; they are not automatic.

Limits

Source websites change, block requests, or publish incomplete information. Review the report’s source links, failed-page list, and extraction notes before relying on it. Tool outputs do not establish a business’s intent to buy, guarantee contact deliverability, or guarantee sales results.

Email support@researchparcel.com for delivery issues, refund requests, or privacy questions. Include your private order link or Stripe receipt. ResearchParcel is operated by Matthews Automation LLC; that business name may appear on your payment receipt.
